THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I dropped a necklace off to get engraved with 4 letters .I had to keep calling to check up on the necklace and they told me it would not be done soon . I told them I had to have it done as soon as possible because it was a necklace for my 5 year anniversary. When I went to pick up the necklace they had engraved the wrong side. They said they could fix it so they scrapped it off but you can still see it on the front. Then they made me drive 15 minutes Next to Walmart l to get it engraved again and the kicker is they still charged me...they took a whole 15% off the price since it was an inconvenience. But they RUINED my anniversary present to my fiance and still made me pay for it!!! This is the worst place I have ever ever ever been to in my entire life. NEVER EVER NEVVER , BE SURE SIR ...
