I would be willing to go around without glasses before I ever went back to LensCrafters at 4 seasons town center. Not only did Bryant, the manager, mess up my glasses, but then he lied to me saying the reason I had absolutely no peripheral vision whatsoever was because of my prescription. I called my ophthalmologist and he said that was a blatant lie! Bryant very interestingly never bothered to tell me when I complained about the glasses that the company offered me a 30 Day money back guarantee, and when I walked out of the store not a word was uttered of apology or anything.
Now only did I call corporate (that made them give me the money back), but they even told me that he was supposed to not only apologize and try to correct the problem, but to let me know about the money back guarantee if I was not satisfied (which Bryant again I'm sure purposefully never mentioned!).
$300+ spent and he obviously didn't give a rip about the customer, just making a sale and getting his commission!
After I got the money back (because of corporate's help!) I went to eyemart express, and for the same amount of money got a pair of glasses that I like better, very good Customer Service (something Bryant obviously knows nothing about!), and believe it or not I have beautiful peripheral vision with them!

RUN from this location! I would go to friendly center if you have to use the company because the 4 seasons town center store is managed by someone (Bryant) who is unethical, and has proven to be a liar! So what would he say to you to get a sale that was untruthful or misleading, with him knowing it just to get a sale from you? Do you want to take a chance and risk your eyes like that???😡

These people are a rip-off. My son is on Medicare and they will pay for a pair of glasses (frames and lenses) up to $200. He went and to my surprise when he came home and said they wanted him to pay $130. He is on a fixed income and does not get much more than that a month. I called and they said they don't carry anything less than $200. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a Christian and try to help others but then you come across jerks like this that takes advantage of the not so fortunate.
