I have been to this Salon for years now. I have never had a bad experience and the atmosphere has always been amicable. The service is top notch and quality is on par with the nail salon on the first floor.

i went there to get an acrylic full set AND HE DIDNT PUT ENOUGH ACRYLIC ON THEM. so the SAME day i broke one nail putting on my shoe. had to go back 2 hours after i got them done so they could fix it. THE SAME NIGHT i broke another nail reaching for my phone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. this is the 3rd time i went here and the 3rd bad experience i had with them. NEVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I went to go get a fill in & the man said he had to take off two of my nails & when he took them off my actually nail came off & my finger nail started bleeding. I had the worst experience of my life. The man didn't even apologize & then tried to blame it on the previous person who did my nails!! He was rude & still charged me $65 for a fill in and gel polish after ripping off my nail and making my nails bleed!! I paid but never in my life will I go back there! I deffinitly dont recommend this place at all, the serve was the worst. I've gone to a couple different places & this is by far the worst!

FAKE GEL POLISH! My gel nails Started peeling And chipping within 24 hours! And when I went back to have them fixed The man that did them Only Put a thick extra layer of Polish over the chip...He also acted Nasty and irritated Because I came back the next day!I asked him to give me another layer of clear polish And That still didn't work And all of my nails were chipped Within the next 24 hoursNever going back...$15 WASTED

I was informed my debit card was declined, when it was never ran through the terminal. Then after giving another debit card, they added $10 to the price originally quoted. Absolutely, horrible service. I will never go back.

They were terrible , I got acrylics and the nail tech was very rough and didn't seem to care if she hurt me , my nails are uneven and poorly done and three days later they look as if I've had them on for two weeks , everyone has terrible looks on their faces which made it uncomfortable and when I went to pay they charged me for the gel finish I said I did NOT want . Biggest waste of money press on nails would've been more satisfying .

Yesterday I went to have a full set done and not only did he leave 5 out of 10 nails with a slant because they were not cut or filed straight, he put one tip on at an angle opposite of my finger direction. My finger curves to the right and my tip was going left. When I tried to tell him about it he told me my finger was crooked and shrugged it off. I went back this morning to have them fixed and they again argued with me. I got so mad I left and will never go back.

Great skills, and nice staff. I gave it 4/5 stars because it's in the mall, so the atmosphere was not very spa-like at all. It looked a bit worn out and run-down, but the job got done well! My pedicure looks lovely.

Today I decided to take my family to get their nails done including my 3 YEARS OLD daughter. Well lets just say the service was horrible, The nail tech was VERY RUDE, and EXTREMELY RUDE to my 3 YEAR OLD daughter. Saying that you shouldnt have the 3 YEAR OLD in the nail salon getting nails done. Keep in mind I have been to other nail salons that have done a wonderful job on my 3 YEAR OLD nail because they had PATIENCE. This nail tech had no PATIENCE, SHE RUSHED the service, She had a SMART mouth, nails were SLOPPY, she had an MAJOR ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME, and she was plain out DISRESPECTFUL. I dont recommend anyone to get their nails done at LEE SPA NAILS in Four Seasons Mall located in Greensboro,NC.
