If you want to sit and wait for HOURS while getting "business cards" or inappropriate invites to dinner while being sold a LEMON of a car this is the place to go! I purchased an Audi Q7 2013, traded in a nice/clean 2013 Jeep Rubicon. I needed more room and better gas mileage. Well, sadly I'm missing my jeep terribly bad. From moving the rearview mirror and the windshield wipers turning on, to being told the Audi dealership ran diagnoses screenings and nothing is wrong with the car (which was a lie). Considering I just paid to have it done myself and something in regards to ACC alignment 800$ just for parts and not covered under my warranty needs to be taken care of, and I know it was sold to me this way since issues I mentioned on a second visit to the dealership are all linked to this ACC issue....I'm so disappointed I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! What was that famous quote a few years ago??? Something about putting lipstick on a pig...that's the best way I know how to describe Impex Auto of Greensboro.

Feb. 2013 I purchased an AS IS vehicle and was promised repairs by the salesman. But when I returned the very next day all I received was the run around. I got four whole days of operating this vehicle when it started showing major problems. The vehicle is unsafe to operate because it cuts off/shuts down while driving it. There are more problems which I’m sure the mechanic/salesman was aware of but in the effort to make a quick buck I now own. I felt compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After trial and troubleshooting the vehicle still sits in the parking lot. I wouldn’t dare sale this unsafe and problematic vehicle because of a little thing called a conscious. I’m in honest and desperate need of a mechanic after making a purchase with this dealership.
PLEASE I URGE YOU TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A DEALERSHIP THAT VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE.
