had a horrible experience at this business. I wanted to order an arrangement to surprise a friend (and spent about 80 dollars to make sure it arrived on her birthday). The delivery did not get to her not once but TWICE. I called to clarify with the store and was on hold for about 20 minutes. They told me someone signed for it but they didn't know who and couldn't tell me where it was dropped off. I got little apologies and the manager was "unavailable" to talk. The person I spoke with said they would give me the "courtesy" of creating another arrangement. Courtesy?! After they failed to deliver the first arrangement. Even worse, the second delivery didn't make it to my friend. They said they didn't know where it was and that because of the school policy they were not responsible. The manager, Eugene was extremely rude on the phone. He was abrupt, told me I wasn't listening, and that he was providing me a courtesy. He also refused to give me a refund. I love Edible Arrangements but this was horrible customer service. I will never use this location again.

The product delivered did not look at all what was promised. White half ripe strawberries were no where near what we paid for.

I was called today as a gift recipient by the Highpoint road location for Edible Arrangements and was told that I needed to come pick up my gift because we were just outside their delivery area. The man on the phone did not offer his name and simply sounded impatient. Shocked by the abrubt call and message I just recieved I ask where his store was and in learing of the location being High Point road I said your only about eight miles away. The man disagreed and said the "system" indicates your out of our range due to the zip code. He then stated we only deliver in the Greensboro City limits. When he clarified the address I realized he had my home address and I informed him that I lived in Greensboro City limits. He disagreed stating the system indicated I lived in McLeansville and they did not deliver to McLeansville. I informed him that I was very familiar as to where I lived and 1. I did not live in McLeansville and 2. if he wished to google my address he would see that I lived in th

I order edible arrangements all the time and ordered as the site said for this particular store and it stated I had one hour to order, they call me 30 minutes later and said the kitchen was closed and the delivery driver was gone out for the day, the earliest they can deliver is tomorrow and there is NO set schedule to deliver. NEVER heard this before and how could the kitchen be closed at 3:45 pm. I will make sure my corporation NEVER does business with this company again; you just lost major business due to poor customer service and false advertisement. The local store in my area stated they were still making deliveries!
