They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We scheduled them to come to our house and 4 times they either called after the scheduled hour explaining they were running an hour or two late and then called back in two hours saying they were first leaving from Greensboro to drive to us in Charlotte. We rescheduled. This occurred twice. The owner (Josh) then said he'd personally come whatever day and time I asked for him. We scheduled for following week and the same thing happened. Plus, it was his employee calling. Josh would not be coming. I tried again and Josh apologized and promised he'd come the next day. He neither came, nor called, nor responded to my calls. Stay away from these people or proceed at your own risk. They are not to be trusted.
