This establishment's sanitation grade keeps dropping and dropping. A while back we went their to eat and noticed their sanitation grade was a 94 so we turned around and left. Tonight I called to see what the grade was before riding there to eat and it was a 90. Even lower than the time before. I wouldn"t suggest this place to no one.

The only CiCi's in Greensboro who didn't acknowledge a fundraiser coupon that I spent $10 for. I've been using this discount card for 11 months and the manager at this location stated " the company was told to reprint these coupons, take our company off and mail you all new ones. Really??? I just used this coupon here 2 weeks ago and it doesn't expire till 8/31/2012. I know the economy is bad but dang, you make up that awful lie over a free buffet???
