Caryl’s Pool and Spa is great! Let me tell you about the level of customer service they provide. One day our pool pump became very loud and we contacted another pool company in the triad. The guy we spoke to was either not knowledgeable or didn’t want to take the time because all he would say is schedule service to have it replaced and refused to answer any questions. We didn’t like that answer so we called Caryl’s and spoke with the manager Brandon. Not only did he take the time to answer our questions, but he said we could just replace the motor and save money because the pump housing was still fine. They offered to put it in but we wanted to do it ourselves so they walked us through how to do it! Hands down the best customer service and you have my business for life.

Caryl's pool and spa formally Caryl's pool and Christmas is by far the best pool company in the triad. Their knowledgeable sales staff wont try sell you chemicals you don't need and will explain anything to you in detail. We have used them to open and close our pool for years and have only received exceptional service.

Very disappointed. I just wanted my pool opened. Cover was thrown to the side, water bags piled up instead of folded, no skimmer was inserted so sand filter is all filled with gook. I could have done that. Beware.
