They will do this even over a few items (e.g. 2 trousers & 2 sweaters). When I finally got my clothes back (first & last time that I will use their services), I discovered a large rip in the lining of one of my trousers, along a fold that they had ironed in on a front-leg panel (awkward folds that shouldn't have been there).If you are willing to risk damage to your clothes, however, their prices are reasonable (on the low side of standard: $4.95 per trouser, $4.95 for a small sleeveless sweater, $5.95 for a cardigan) and they are courteous over the phone.
