I need the ice maker fixed on the fridge. Told the company that the water was working and I could still get water from the fridge. He replaced the existing working water hose (steel braided) with a plastic water hose. It didn't fix the problem for making the ice maker work. In fact replacing it not only didn't fix the ice maker but brought a bad taste when getting water out of the fridge. Furthermore, after some research using a plastic water hose may cause a problem with your home insurance if you had water leak because of using the plastic hose as compared to a steel braided hose which will not burst with water in it. Completely unethical company and would recommend to avoid. I not only had to pay this company but I had to pay to buy a steel braided hose and undo Fottlani's work.
