They took too long. They told me it would be 40 minutes for an oil change with an appointment mid-week and it took more than double that time, 90+ minutes. The place is new. The people kind of do not make eye contact with you as they know you are waiting and it is taking so long. They only had Telemundo TV on her and a lot speak only Spanish. The place seemed clean and new. They charge more than $10 more than they advertise for the $14.95 oil change on their billboards. The guy mixed up my bill with someone else. They still have a lot of kinks to work out here and need to speed things up. Almost 2 hours for an oil change with appointment is too long. I suggest you get the $20 off coupon for Jiffy Lube and go there, they charge $44 less the $20, they only have like $1.75 disposal fee, so it ends up being the same price and they do the oil change in 10-20 minutes. Live and learn and find what works for you. I doubt I would go back here. Interesting reading the mixed reviews here.
