Provided by YP.comI went in with a list of codes that my car was throwing. I asked them to please tell me what all that I needed. I specifically talked to them about the car using too much gas. They gave me a list of things to get done and prioritized it. Now they are claiming that the conversation didn’t happen, even though I have their list, and that I should have done something different first. Why go to a mechanic and get help knowing what to do and then get shanked. They treated me like dirt today. They expected me to understand things that they hadn’t even put on the list that need to be fixed, but now they need fixed. They do good work and crap all over people who don’t understand cars.

Provided by YP.comThis business is a "keeper". The staff is professional and courteous. They went over the bill with me and explained their findings. Charges are fair and service is prompt.

Absolutely the grandest people, the best work and the fairestprices in Arizona! Every Friday they treat the staff to a grandlunch and invite anyone to join in.I've nerver heard a negative word about Johnnie and Edie untilI read that diatribe in the other review. These are kind, greatpeople who go out of their way to please and to do the jobright.Great work, fabulously competitive prices, and they back uptheir work. People drive from Tucson and Nogales just to getthe good service from Gasoline Alley. Believe it!

a woman name ellen who works behind the counter like to belittle andharass any customer who tries to bring in their own new purchased parts to be installed. she does this by asking why they think they are such a special person that they cannot make 150% off of that part.and if you are wearing sunglasses then be advised you must take them off before you answer her harassing questions.
