I’ve seen bad reviews and can’t understand..Iam 55 and been going there since I was 12...Mary’s always been kind and helpful but you break rules and you may catch grief... But take a chance and be your own judge I”d say..

After reading the reviews of this place I was a little nervous to take my daughter here. From the minute We walked in until the minute we left we had a blast. The place has a very nostalgic vibe and despite what the reviews said, our impression of the owner was very kind, fun and sweet. My daughter thanked me for taking her. We will be back again.

This lady needs to change her career. We bring our children there to have fun and we have to deal with her being rude. I felt singled out as soon as we walked in. She came out on the floor to tell me phones are not allowed on the floor. I didn't even have a phone. Then stood there like I was lying. Her whole additude is rude when telling you anything. You can't even keep your coat on a chair it needs to be locked up. She just messed up a good evening with our kids.

This place is awful. Never going there again. One of the ladies that work there took away my sister's beginners gate, who obviously needed it, and seconds later my sister fell and hurt her wrists. The lady didn't even help her up. We ended up leaving because my sister was in so much pain.
Besides, you have to pay 50 cents to lock the locker, AND THEY EVEN DID LOCKER CHECKS TO SEE IF THEY WERE LOCKED. 3 people had their things locked inside. And they didn't let the people in front of us bring their own dessert, and the cupcakes that they gave them looked absolutely disgusting. Didn't let people in a minute before open time, even when it was down pouring. Don't come here with little ones. Workers are rude.

We drove 2 hours to spend time with a past foster child who loves skating. The owner was rude, I said really I have to pay to watch my kids skate? Her comment was don't you pay to go to a museum. Than she had the nerve to say I had an attitude and should just leave. If you want to bring roller blades with no stoppers forget it, not allowed we had to rent. Couldn't leave shoes sit out had to rent a locker for them. If you lose the key $50.00 charge. Games don't work, my son lost money in the first machine told the owner and she pointed to a sign....no refunds. Foster child was told she was skating too fast, really? Then the kids had to sit down and watch the owner skate a lap around with two kids that couldn't skate well. Again we had to sit and watch little kids take their skates off to have a race on scooters. I'm paying for this? Found this place very unorganized. We ended up leaving after an hour of frustration. Extremely disappointed.

i have been here with my children 3 times and no more. this is place is dirty but the fact of the matter it is extremely rude employees. especially the lady named mary. everytime we go it's like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to come in. first of all. we are paying to come in. we are not begging. second for a small business with so called small town business values as a another reviewer mentioned. well if this is small town values. please stop and get some new values. the way they treat the children and the parents is horrible. i will not go anymore. i thought maybe the first 2 times it was just that they were busy and maybe having a rough day but no. from reading the other reviews i can see i was not the only one. and being treated like crap 3 times is too many for us. please do not go and spend your hard earned money at this place. it is not worth it to be treated like beggars trying to come in to a filthy place.

Rude employees. Wouldn't let us come in on time. Double charged my guests. Wouldn't let the new mommies bring in anything to set their newborns in. I have never had such a horrible experience!

Great place to go skating. The woman that runs this place helped the kids learn to skate. Kids had a great time.

The woman that runs this place is a rude, miserable person. While I was there today, I heard every adult in there taking about how crazy, mean, rude, and ridiculous she is. I can't believe she is still is business with the way she treats people. I would rather drive an hour than deal with her ever again. You would think with how much money she is ripping people off for she could get her roof fixed instead of just putting chairs right in the middle of the rink. Don't go here. It's dirty. The people that work here are rude. Drive the extra time to a better establishment.

The owner is very rude and a complete liar! I called about having my daughters bday party there and she was very nice and made everything seem perfect. I called to book the party and she was still very nice. I called a few days before the party to ask about the little helper stands and how many they had. She said there would be plenty for our party of 15 kids, along with all of the other kids for open skate. We get there at 12:55 for a 1:00 party and had to wait outside! The owner said her gift was the balloons on the table which were completely flat! Once all our kids were ready we asked for the helper stands and she said they were all out! We had kids crying all over because they needed to use those. Eventually as they got put back we got ahold of some. Ok, time for cupcakes. They were homemade and looked awful! Only about 2 kids even attempted to eat them. Then she came to get me to pay the bill before she would put together the favor bags, which were awful looking, filled with old candy and of course a flyer advertising their party packages! By the way, no carry ins allowed so we had no choice about cupcakes or favors. Then she accused my husband of cheating at some basketball game they had, which he was not! I would not ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. Please save your money and go to St. Mary's in Green Bay for skating parties! Awful place and I can't believe they are still in business!

The customer service at this place is by far the worst in Green Bay. I went for a birthday party, and had to pay admission for myself and my husband, even though we were not going to skate (essentially we had to pay for the privilege of sitting at the dirty table). Then we has to rent a locker instead of just holding my son's shoes. They didn't have all three of the guests birthday party pizzas ready at the same time, and the third was undercooked. It got busy while the owner was serving pizza so she left to run admissions at the door without giving us our order of sodas - the kids had pizza and no pop (and when asked, the owner said we would just have to wait). By the time we got our very flat sodas, the kids had already gone back to the floor. They were also served the worst looking cupcakes (I believe homemade) I've ever seen. Then at the end of our party, after a few more issues with customer service, the host of the birthday party confronted the management about the lousy service. During this conversation, the teeny bopper shoe counter clerk (owners granddaughter, maybe?) joined the conversation to say that we were lucky they even allowed us to have a party there, because they didnt have to. When told that she was being rude and unprofessional this little girl called their customer a bi&@h. Loudly!! Management smiled at her as if they were proud of the way she handled the situation.



I have three children that will never have a birthday party here. And I will advise anyone looking for an opinion not to even go. Sorry Rola Rena - I would have given you zero stars if it was possible!
