I worked w/Patricia doing hypnosis to quit smoking & it worked successfully for me since I was committed to quit, but not for my husband because he wasn't at the time. She also worked with me on my anxiety & overeating. She did a session of Reiki & additional hypnosis sessions. The Reiki helped & I felt great after the session, but it didn't last & the hypnosis for the areas besides smoking helped a bit, but I needed to consistently listen to the cds of the sessions to keep it going & eventually stopped. I'm very happy with the help quitting smoking, but wish I could have gotten further with my weight issues & anxiety. Those areas do run a lot deeper & I probably needed more sessions, but I didn't have the funds to try & see. Went to a past life regression group session many years ago & felt Patricia is not experienced enough to do this with a group. She is far more successful one on one. Side note, gave great advice about essential oils and books with great meditation mantras in them! She is a very sweet yet professional person that makes you feel comfortable.

Took Reiki 1 and 2 with Patricia 2 years ago. She is no doubt an expert in her field. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also had the pressure of going to a group session prior to taking Reiki classes with her in which she had a full class of all ages about meditation and sat in on a group session where she explained the importance and benefits of meditation and then did a brief overview about past-life regression. It is obvious that Patricia has been in her field of studfy 20+ years.

Both my daughter and I have seen Trish and she is simply wonderful to work with! She is so gentle and warm and offers such a variety of modalities allowing her to customize each session based on your own individuality. I would highly recommend working with her!

Trish has been so amazing to work with. She has such a peaceful calming presence and I felt completely comfortable from the moment I met her. I always leave my appointments feeling so much lighter.
