Me and my fiancé first moved into our apartment and loved the Hobart location. It’s a very great little community and love that when there was an issue. Lexington was quick to come and resolve it.
Also, I had left my keys inside and no way back into my building. Thankful the on site manager wAs great and was able to help me back in.
I would recommend them

I would never rent from this company again. You have problems and they DONT fix the issue. Everything is your fault, they will charge you a ton of money even if you rent wasn't in on the exact day. Their apartments a quickly thrown together with low quality materials. This place is a JOKE

Great tenants for two years and they hit us with $600 of charges after we moved. Terrible company. Sad since they have a great complex in Pleasant Prairie.

The management is truly among the rudest I have ever encountered in apartment living. Lexington Homes is the Walmart of the real estate management world. Below minimal customer service towards renters, low quality products, uncaring, rude, and greedy. DO NOT RENT OR BUY!!

My husband, daughter and I moved to Green Bay WI in October of last year. We found Stone Meadows Apartments a new apartment community that was being finished. We thought great this apartment has never been lived in, and the apartment itself was decent. The big problem here is the management, not the individual apartment managers per se but the corporate management office on Kimps Ct that manages the apartments. They only care enough to be nice to get you in the door, after they the are insensitive, uncaring and almost hostile at times. If you have an issue with your apartment they will get to it when they are good and ready, if you are even a day after the first of the month on your rent you pay a $50 charge. I never had that problem but find it interesting that they require you to be that on time with your end of the bargain but hold up theirs whenever they feel good and ready. If you call in, don't expect an answer right away, they will likely send you to talk to at least five different people and your issue still won't be resolved and they will do everything they can to not refund you your deposit or any money owed to you from them. This was the worst apartment living experience I have ever had and I know about apartment living, I was in the military and moved around a lot. They could care less if you are in the military, they won't work with you on anything. Don't rent from this establishment if you like good customer service or to be taken care of as a renter as you should. The best decision we ever made was buying a house and moving out of this apartment complex. We love Howard WI but would never live here or any other Lexington managed complex or home again!

I need to preface this by saying the on site property manager of Casaloma Creek, Carol, is fantastic. This negative review has NOTHING to do with Carol.

Lexington Management is a horrible, greedy company, that truly does not care about its tenants. I have tried to deal with the front office people in Green Bay multiple times about issues, and they just skirt the issues, and tell me to contact someone else about it. I had a sizable wasp nest underneath my awning last summer, and I couldn't use my balcony due to the risk of being stung. I called and notified them of this, and also mentioned I am allergic to their stings. They simply told me that pest control is up to the tenant, and they have no obligation to do anything about it. They also did not give me any sympathy when my rent was 12 hours late due to a postal service error/issue, and they charged me a $75 late fee (even though it was only supposed to be $50).

I recently moved out in the middle of the mont, which I got approval from by Carol, the on site manager, I put in written notice to the front office, and they were able to re-rent the apartment starting the day after I moved out. I was told I would receive a pro-rated amount of my rent back for the 18 days I paid for, but did not live there for, but in my refund check, they did not give me any rent back (which is more than $350 owed to me). They did not adjust my rent when I had to give up my cat, and said I owed $25/month for 2 months, and they billed me for a full month of water, even though my move out date was clearly stated to be in the middle of the month.

Now I get to call and talk to those awful people and I will probably have to argue and fight in order to receive money that is legally owed to me.

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM LEXINGTON HOMES!

I lived at the Casaloma Creek Apartments for a year and in my opinion people looking for an overpriced horribly constructed and maintained non luxury apartment look no further.

Luckily I only had a 1 year lease and was able to get out, although they withheld my security deposit for normal wear and tear.

You have been warned, also look up “Lexington Management” and read the reviews about the company that owns this place. You have been warned, I wish I would have done a little research.

Worst management ever

The management is so judge mental towards teenagers, we were constantly getting in trouble for things such as having decorations on the rocks outside (when the neighbor had tons) got an eviction notice for having candles (not even lit), got the cops called at 8:00 because 3 people were over and being too loud, always random inspections for no reason, every time something broke we had to fix it ourselves, seriously the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Not to mention the terrible quality of the brand new building we were living in, everything was falling apart, huge cracks in the foundation, closet and patio door broke (had to fix ourselves). I would never ever recommend anyone rent through them, worst year of my life, STAY AWAY

Extremely disappointed with Lexington Manangement. Only rented from Woodland Estates since january and the overall experience has been horrible. Moving out ASAP! They have misplaced our rent payments and then posted a 5-day notice to vacate our apartment on our door!!! They also have made accusations that we have a cat and that we owe $300 in fines, when we don't even have a cat and never did!! Just ridiculously unorganized and very poor service. Don't understand how Lexington Management could get this bad. STAY AWAY! RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My family and I are renting an apartment from Lexington Homes in Weston WI. The apartments are really nice and the property manager is great! One thing though...if you don’t like shoveling snow in the winter don’t rent from here, you have to have shovel and salt your area around your building. I use to work in the insurance industry and if anyone were to injury themselves on Lexington Home's property, they would be held liable and could be sued. It isn't the tenant’s responsibility to keep the property safe...

DO NOT BUY

I bought a Lexington home and had problems with work that their subcontractors completed. They WILL NOT stand behind any work!!! They get the cheapest subs, treat them like dirt, sell the house and walk away.

I LOVE my Lexington Home!!

I have lived in my home for over 4 years; it's the most beautifully built home I've ever been in. Every detail of my house is meticulously crafted. Year after year it just gets more beautiful. I have not experienced any defaults of any kind, and I couldn't be happier with the condition my house is in, even with 4 kids running in and out and using every square inch of carpet, tile, doors shutting and opening, lights on and off here there and everywhere we're a busy group! And our house is just solid and well built and stands the abuse of this family without flinching. It is energy star and the savings on my energy bill are huge. It's obvious the builders know what they're doing. Other homes in my neighborhood that are Lexington built are simply gorgeous too. Each is unique and different it its own way but still they all match and coordinate. I wouldn't trust any other builder in the area as much as I trust this company. As a home buyer I have been treated with a lot of consideration and respect. I hope to live in my house for many, many years.
