My first experience was I had to pick up an order at their location. I walked in and rang the buzzer as no one was at front desk. After waiting 15 minutes finally a gentleman came and I was told to wait as it would be just a minute. Needless to say it was another 10 minutes. Very disappointed in the service reaction time.
2nd experience was over the phone. I placed an order and then asked a question regarding delivery. Receptionist had to put me on hold to answer other calls which I politely said no problem, when she came back she stated she had 3 other lines going and acted as if I was a nuisance and couldn't answer my question.
