Waited 1 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment (booked a week in advance) and was met with no apologies what-so-ever. Karen held no conversation, no friendly banter. I will go somewhere else from here on. Very disappointed that I had to wait so long for a scheduled appointment.

I can't thank Karen enough for fixing what the color box botched. I should have learned the first time I had to undergo my lip being cut open to remove my ring. But the second time they really did a number on the most basic nostril piercing. Luckily, I picked up the phone and Karen was so willing to help me out. She gave me such great advise, which working in a tat/piercing studio for 3 years I have never heard. She's so insightful, and extremely educated. She's very honest with you up front so you know exactly what you're getting. I can not thank her enough for how amazing she is. From this day forward, I do not trust anyone to poke me beside Karen.

Karen is amazing!! I had a stud lip ring that was inside my lip and color box told me it would be fine or the could cut open all of my lip Went to Karen and she took care of it and got it out and put a new one in!! She is amazing at what she does!!

Today I had the best piercing experience ever! Not only is my spider bits done perfect and strait Karen was amazing! I definitely felt safe in her hands unlike some other places I have been! And from now on BeJeweled will be the only place I go to get any piercings done! Thank you Karen for all your extra help!

Karen is the best of best by far! I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in a piercing and wouldn't go to anyone else! Very pleased with my nose piercing :)

Karen is sooo sweet and awesome! She makes you feel so comfortable from the minute you step into the shop :) you can tell she genuinely cares and will always answer your questions. Shes very experienced in what she does which makes her the best in the GB area. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Karen is perfect!! She is a life saver. She's helped me with gauges and pierced a friends bellybutton and her easy going atmosphere and personality really warm up the place. I love being in there you can tell she cares and isn't just getting paid. I would not go ANY HER else. ♡

I was very nervous about getting my belly button pierced until I met Karen. She talked me through it and made me feel very comfortable. Karen was fast and efficient! I love my piercing and wouldn't go anywhere else! If your thinking about getting anything done, go to Karen!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Went there three times and was not impressed. First I let her pierce my ear and all she did was complain about her previous employer. Then she told me to come back in 2 weeks to change my jewelry. I come back 2 weeks later at 12:45 and get told that she is running errands. They open at noon. The receptionist texted her what I needed and she claimed it needed 8 weeks. The receptionist states she is normally always there when the store opens. So I leave. About a month later I come back with my husband for an earring. We come at 1pm and u guessed it the owner/piercer is NOT there. How do u own a business and not show up at the hours u made. The receptionist finds him an earring. When we couldn't put it in our self she texted Karen. This time NO response. We go to colour box and they let us know the gauge we were sold was the not the gauge she told us it was. WOW. NEVER AGAIN. Now my friend tells me after I referred her before all of this that Karen pierced her rook with a earring not used to pierce. GO TO COLOUR BOX IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

If you're thinking of getting any type of piercings done, then you have to go see Karen at Bejeweled in GB!!!! She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Was so nervous about my particular piercing and Karen made it comfortable and fun!!! Would give 100 stars if it were possible ;) Go see Karen!!!!

Karen is the absolute BEST in town hands down!! She really cares about her clients and takes the time to answer any questions they may have. I went in for a navel piercing and I wasn't sure what to expect but I couldn't have picked a better place to get it done. The shop is very nice and welcoming. Karen made me feel comfortable from the start by explaining every step and scenario and her friendly, funny personality made the whole experience practically painless. If you're thinking about any type of piercing, she's your lady!

Karen sure knows whats she's doing when it comes to piercings. She knows how to calm one's nerves and makes you feel right at home. Bejeweled Body Piercing is such a clean and sterile environment. Karen's is the only one in green bay, that i would trust with any piercings.
