Thank you all, truly. Our vacuum, which we purchased from Perry’s….over a decade ago, recently needed some repair. Perry’s had it working better than it had in years, within a couple of days. Actually, they fixed it on the same day, but it took us two days to call them back to say, “Yes, please fix it.” You all deserve rave reviews and thumbs up and enormous amounts of gratitude. Thank you. I spoke to Steve during this transaction, but each person with which we interacted was professional, kind, and quick to respond to our needs. What a great company.

I would not take a sewing machine here for repair. I took two machines there and neither would sew after being serviced, I took one back and they said it was just the thread. I bought new top of the line thread and it still will not sew. Keep your money and go someplace else. $150.00 down the drain.
