Honestly, I would give Vima Jewelry a million stars if I could. Buying an engagement ring is probably the second most important purchase in young couple's life (second to a home). You want to enlist the help of someone you can trust when the time comes to buy the ring. Robert is that person - he is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and best of all he really wants you get the most value on your money (i.e. return on your investment).



My fiance and I went to several reputable jewelers before we went to Robert. His approach to customer service immediately impressed us. He took the time to teach us all about diamonds. He was super easy to work with in getting the ring ready (according to my fiance) and he has been very responsive in my subsequent communications with him re: inspections and appraisals.



I cannot tell you how much I love my ring. Really, it makes me happy every day that I put it on. I imagine the same will be true for our wedding bands, which I hope to have made by Quest as well.
