I have heard and now read horror stories about this place. I will never take my precious dog here. The owner, Kerry, apparently has no business dealing with people, let alone dogs - I have heard more than one story about her making a dog bleed. I know things happen but it shouldn't happen this often and if it ever does, the owner should tell the pets family and treat them with concern and be somewhat apologetic about it. My co-worker's dog had to be taken to the vet after being groomed by Kerry. He had serious wounds around his ears from her grooming. This dog is sweet and gentle, just like my coworker. When she saw her dog was bleeding, she was informed by Kerry that she would have to keep his head wrapped unless she wanted to end up taking him to the vet. They had also shaved his poor belly raw. Kerry offered no reason for why she made him bleed and treated it like this was a normal thing that happens when you cut a dog's hair. Apparently that is the 'norm' at Kerry's place. My coworker didn't argue with Kerry, instead she focused only on her dog's health and took him immediately from there to their vet. The vet was shocked at the damaged Kerry's had caused this poor dog and vowed to spread the word. I am trying to talk her into reporting her to the BBB or at least leave a review like this but she is too nice, so I'm being the loud mouth and telling all of you to be careful when you take your dog here or better still, choose another place to go. Hopefully Kerry will read this and either get the additional training she needs or consider hiring someone with more knowledge and experience to groom animals; instead of arguing like it appears she had done with other people who have left reviews. She's probably not a bad person but she should try to learn from her mistakes and take some sort of a groomer's oath to 'do no harm' to our sweet four legged friends.

Great place. Love it here. My dog Josie always comes out so beautiful.. I like that they only spend a few hours they don't keep them too long. Highly recommend them.

I have three dogs small large and extra large. I first took them to Kerry for nails and she was great with them especially with my pitbull who u thought would be miserable for her! She got right on the floor in his face and just went to work. Right in the lobby. Of course as he got bigger it now takes two of them to cut his nails but she handles them so well I no longer worry. She also grooms my small matted most of the time little guy. With the big ones rolling him around and drooling it's hard to keep up with him. I am very specific as to how I want him to look and Kerry and her team has always kept me feeling at ease when I have left him with them! He has always been so handsome and happy when I pick him up! I will never ever chose to take my dogs elsewhere! Kerry and her girls have all become my extended family with my dogs and my dogs know where we are when we pull up and I am pleased that I have finally found someone I trust and cares about them like I do!!

We took a scruffy matted pup to Kerry and she'd gave us back a beautiful Happy cacao to.

Best place ever! I brought my dog in and the owner herself came out and introduced herself to me and my dog. It makes you feel very welcoming and comforting having one on one with the owner and that your dog is going to be treated extremely well. My dog did have mats and we both understood that a shorter haircut for summer would be fine. She even told me the best kind of brush to buy and even how to brush them out softly without hurting the dog. Once I came to pick him up he looked perfect! Smelt nice and had a cute little bandana on. I will be coming back and I will recommend her to all my friends! (:

First visit, Kerry took one look at my dog and was clearly not interested in my business. She rudely told me I would have to take my dog home and brush her out before she would groom. The Dog had just been brushed out at home! Kerry claimed dog had so many mats she would have to shave her to the skin, which was not remotely the case. I've never had a groomer say anything like this to me before and we've been taking our dog to groomers for years. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I won't be going back!

Been going here since they opened - it's very close to my house. They are busy, but both of my German Shepherds look forward to visiting. They seem to be well cared for and the results are great. I highly recommend for dog grooming.

Will never go back

After just moving to the area, I needed to find a new groomer for my dachshund to get her toe nails clipped. I found Kerry's, called to set up an appointment and was told I didn't need one. Awesome. I arrived and the first desk girl told Kerry that I had arrived and she started to come out front. She never asked my dogs name, my name or anything about her. Just proceeded to start clipping them in the foyer. I told Kerry we tried to clip one the other night and it started bleeding. She had me hold my dog and she just clipped away. In the end several of my dogs toenails were bleeding causing blood to get all over me and she was very scared. I will never return to a place that can't take the time to get to know my dog before coming at her with clippers!
