I had a package delivered and it sat at the post office for 3 days before it even moved. Sometimes we go days without a mail carrier then they will show up and I will have items late and a mailbox full of mail. The carrier will also drive into driveways honk their horn and sit there for a few minutes. If you don't go out to get your mail or package they will back out and leave. ??? I thought they are suppose to deliver the package not beep and leave. If Its raining or cold you can bet they will not even bother to try and deliver it and keep it for another day. I am retired so I watch these things happen all the time. Its not just me its my neighbors also.

Always have an attitude when you call an ask questions

Sometimes they are very rude, I feel like I am disrupting their day by going in to take care of MY postal business. They don't want to lose their jobs and have the post office close but I don't appreciate being treated disrespectfully when if it wasn't for the costumer you wouldn't have a job. You are supposed to be a public servant, it would be nice if you acted like one. I know it's a busy time of the year but at least you are getting paid to do what you do and very well I might add, I am sure there are many people who could and would be thankful to have your job and do it with a smile on their face!
