Came to lake house at 5:00 on day before holiday and air conditioner was not working. Called Tom at American Heating & Air Conditioning fully expecting to make an appt after the holiday. I was so surprised when he said he would be right down and he showed up 30 minutes later. He found the problem and replaced the part within an hour and the house was cooling. I would never get this service in the city and am so glad to have found this business.
