Mine was over the phone... I was looking for something...Sadly they did not carry the product.. I believe the mans name was Tim.. I had called many places...I could be wrong on his name... Tim went above and beyond... He went so far as to check on the internet..Thank you Tim.... I do hope I meet you in the future...

The customer service was very poor and the manager was really rude when i got my wife her insulin and she gave my friend and i dirty looks when i got my wifes syringes like we where drug addicts or something. so when you want to get your insulin dependant wife the stuff that keeps her alive dont go to walgreens, cvs is just as good and right across the street with excellent customer service and they understand peoples unique situations.
