(I'll try this one more time): Came to our cabin a few weeks ago, and 20.4 degrees inside, 38 outside (and had been 30 below for a few nights the previous week). Not a good sign. Everything frozen - even the items in the refrigerator! Got the furnace going again, called the insurance company, and called Burnett Plumbing. We had worked with Steve on a small issue several years ago, and was good to work with. Steve talked us through the issue, worked with insurance adjuster, and sent Luke out to get things working. Luke was great to work with: kept us posted on everything, called back quickly if we had questions, walked us through options for treating the water from our well (high iron content), and then even came over on a Saturday afternoon to show us how to operate the new water treatment system, and walk us through the repairs and how things were done. Very clear to understand, pleasant and easy to work with. I would unhesitatingly recommend Burnett Plumbing!
