Disappointing. We arrived and stood at the front door for an unacceptably long time before we were seated. The restaurant was not busy, no excuse for leaving people standing. The burger arrived quickly but had obviously been precooked and it was just barely warm; the cheese hadn't even melted. While the option to pick all your own toppings is nice, the hamburger meat itself is highly seasoned. I prefer to do my own seasoning and found it too salty for my taste. There were hardly any customers during what should have been a busy lunch hour. Maybe others, like me, tried it once and that was enough.
