Provided by YP.comI used them for storage for over 1 year they did two increases. I changed my address and did not get the rate increase. They charged me a $20 late fee for a $4 balance. Also, when I left they stated they do not do a refund for under $35. WOW. They also would not give me an amount to pay and only pay to my last day. VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY. I also tried to contact a supervisor twice and left a message only to be forwarded to someone else. PLEASE LEARN FROM ME DO NOT USE.
