Randy responded quickly to our request for a quote to repair of the basement on our Waldo rental. His suggestions made sense and matched the engineer report. He saw a missing beam support that no one else noticed. We got quotes from four other companies, from the big boys to the mom and pop companies. Randy’s quote was middle of the road and one half of the big boys.

The basement was repaired within two weeks of accepting his bid. After the repair was finished, we were in constant contact with Randy to schedule the completion of the final grading (It was delayed due to all the rain we have had this year.).

Special Note: Plan on your yard in the area of the repair being a mess until soil settlement and weather allows for Randy to complete the finally grade. This is normal and not all companies let you know.

We will only use Randy and Beaver Foundation Repair for any future basement repairs.
