My husband and I have lived in Grand Terrace MHP for 12 years, and we love living here. We have good neighbors and we enjoy the tranquility of being in Grand Terrace. The landscaping outside our fenced community has really turned out nicely. We love the fact that most of our neighbors have bought or are buying their mobilehomes.

Grand Terrace mobilehome park is a great place to live, it is a quiet, and safe place, next to the place is a Fitness Park, that I enjoy often now that I am retired.

VERY TRASHY! Park in unkept, disabled vehicles, motor parts laying around, ripped curtains and damaged blinds in windows, towels for curtains, a real DUMP!!!!
