Unprofessional, they didn't show up until 2 days after they were suppose to, they showed up 3 hours late to pack my house. They quickly threw everything in boxes half ass, all sloppy. Everything was mixed together unorganized in boxes- i.e. kids toys together with bathroom stuff like my kids potty seat for the toilet (yuck!), kitchen stuff with bedroom stuff. They broke my water filter and just left it there and didnt bother to tell me. I set aside a bag of cleaning supplies that I specifically told them NOT to pack. They packed it. I set aside a box of opened food bags and parishable foods for them NOT to pack (bananas, bread, etc.) They packed that too. Now I have a box of rotten bananas and moldy bread. They left behind a lot of stuff like curtains, a whole closet of hangers, photos, shower curtain. Do not hire these guys!

Sent 3 men to unload my U-Haul. I commented on an item as I handed a clear plastic box to one of the men to take to the basement. Next day I saw the item was missing. Had to ASK for an apologyfrom Drew, the owner, who offered nothing other than 20 bucks and a lot of awkward silence. When I said I wanted the 10% off, he asked if I had a coupon "because you can't just go to the grocery store and say you have a coupon for a dollar off of dog food and expect them to give it to you." Where did the moron think I GOT the coupon? He MAILED it to me!!! We're talking 40 bucks, by the way. And I still don't even know the extent of what was stolen by his crew. I've NEVER spoken to such an idiotic business owner in my 53 years.

Never, ever use these a__holes. Horrible ownership. Shysters and cons.

Had an entire house to move in Mpls. Many, many calls they kept saying they were on the way---I called from 10:00AM until 9:00 PM. They kept saying they were about an hour out. Then they had to make a stop. They never showed up ------they never left Grand Rapids !!!!!
