Very poor customer service. When this and price caused us to go elsewhere he made leaving more difficult than necessary. Could not fax the paperwork because his fax was down (phones were working perfectly though). Refused to email. Told me he would "handle it" when I asked what that meant he said he would mail it. We have been waiting for other paperwork for a week and a half that he supposedly mailed. With our other policy activating same day he did not care about the urgency of needing the second policy cancelled. Would noy recommend them to anyone
