First I was told delivery would be friday. I made plans thursday then they changed delivery for thursday when i would not be home. then instead of bringing back on friday they are sending it to a accesspoint which is two miles from my home and I have to walk now to get it and it is raining. If possible I won't use them again. Try to get any information all you get is recordings on websites no actual person to talk to and that answering service dosen't even refer you to a representative. Very dissatisfied

My package was put on vacation hold for some reason. When I called yesterday to find out where it was, I was told that it would be delivered the following day, meaning today. I told the person that this was a gift and that I needed it delivered the following day as promised. I was assured that it would be on the truck for delivery the following day. Just had some other packages delivered by UPS today. Guess what? The package in question was not there. When I called the 800 number, they told me that it was scheduled for delivery on the 19th! What! The package is in Wyoming, MI, I live in Ada, MI. Six days to deliver a package cross town??!! Really?!

terrible experience went all the way to ups center to pick up a package after calling and establishing that i was picking it up. after waiting in the place for nearly half an hour, they told me the package was placed on another truck and i would have to come back tomorrow or schedule a delivery. poorly done ups....i mean ooooops.
