Provided by YP.comThe woman who checked me in was EXTREMELY RUDE. When she was first screening me, I felt like I was being booked into jail. I don't know why she was so rude, I took the time out of my day to go give plasma at 6am. Maybe she was sleepy, but that type of attitude takes energy. She got mad at me because of the way I signed my name on the sign in sheet when she was taking my social security and drivers license at the same moment anyway? I should of taken down her name and talked to her manager because due to that I'm never going back there again and I'm telling everyone about my experience. Should of had a talk with her manager, but I could tell I was so disliked that I didn't want to be in that environment. Also I was turned away because when I held my left nostril down, my right nostril didn't blow very smooth. So she assumed I was sick and turned me away. I've given blood about 10 times in my life and no other company has done this to me before or turned me away because I was supposedly "sick" when really I've just had sinus issues my whole life.

Provided by YPmobileBe ready to wait all day long when u are a first time donor. There is two people that I see really doing work. The guy in the back before u screen and the girl in front . The others are no where around like they are the only ones here. I guess they just have two people working today. Last time I was here I left about to again. The guy in front of me also left. First time donor. That is no good for them :(

Provided by YPmobileThe staff is very friendly. They make you feel at home. Management is ok too. It was my first time giving blood and the woman did a great job. Second time giving a different woman inserted the needle and it was hanging out and blood was coming out. The needle stayed that way the entire time. They kept offering to readjust it but by that time it had been re-adjusted several times and I was tired. My arm hurt like hell and I still have the scar. Why she didn't tape the needle down where it wouldn't have been hanging out I'll never know. 2nd time around was a terrible experience. However she was very friendly.
