Had a transmission go out and needed to be on the road the next day. Shrum's got the job done as quickly as they could even though they were busy. Got me on the road the next day!! How many times does that happen at a repair shop? If you like fast service and like the job done right, get it done at Shrum's. Great service, will continue to take my vehicle here.

Had to take my car back the 2nd time for a simple job. Thats not all that big of a deal.###The issue with Shrum's I Did NOT like; when I took my car back for the 2nd time so they could fix their mistake, I wrote down on paper and recorded my mileage; when I went back the next morning to pick up my car (I had to leave it over night) someone had driven my car 29 miles. When I confronted them about it, they looked me in the eyes and LIED about it. The work I had them do did NOT require test driving my car. Also my gas gauge was way down from where it was when I left it with them. They were not friendly. I Did NOT at all feel comfortable in dealing with Shrum's.### I will never go there again! Thanks for the BAD Experience Shrum's!
