Very rude customer service. Won`t refund money on cash items bought. Unauthorized repairs. They replace parts that don`t need to be replaced. very nasty personnel.

Prices are okay and they are the only store open on Sunday, but the owners are so rude and dishonest I vowed several years ago, that I will give up motorcycle riding before I ever set foot in their store again! If you ask any motorcycle rider in the valley, all have had bad experiences, and most will only go there if no one else in town has the part they need. - Ken

Thanks for telling me how much cheaper it is to shop the internet than use your store. I have spent considerable money in your store but will not be back. Maybe I can get my tires changed on the internet too. I'm sorry I ever spent a dime in this place. Get a clue... be remotely competetive with the on-line retailers.
