My daughter took her vehicle in because the engine had a misfire condition, after diagnosing the problem as a burnt valve Advantage had the valve replaced but did not replace the remaining failed components that provide the correct valve adjustment yet they told her all the valves had been adjusted. After visiting with them they said they only replaced the valve, they didn't replace and any other parts and that there are no adjustments to the valves with this engine, this would require the head to be taken apart again and have additional parts replaced (a second $1600 repair job). They didn't do an adequate job diagnosing the problem forcing us have the head taken apart again to repair the underlying problem.

They don't lie, they know what they are doing, they go out of their way to help you and they have always done excellent work on my cars. Their property is clean and neat as is the inside of their shop. I would not go to anyone else.

AMAZING!!!!! I am a repeat customer and I have always had WONDERFUL experiences with them! Once I thought my brakes were going bad so I took it in and instead of trying to sell me new brakes (as most auto shops would do), he told me the brake pads still had a lot of pad life left on them!
