Have enjoyed Scribs pizza for years but tonight's was terrible. Crust was like an unsalted cracker that was just short of burnt. Called the manager and he basically said company policy allowed only return of a nearly complete pizza and then they'd make another. We live 10 miles away and our guests pretty much had no choice but to pick off only the edible portions, so we're out of luck.

Tried to order to go pizza, gave them address and credit card, 1 1/2 hour later, no pizza. Called to inquire and basically called a liar by Nick the manager - my husband heard me give the order! Do not order from them for delivery ever!

I had a less than pleasant expirience with them today. I ordered a perch dinner and the filets had several bones. I called to let them know this and they pretty much said that they are sorry and they shouldn't. I know they shouldn't but they did. They didn't offer to recitify the issue at all.

They have the worst subs. Bread is not a sub There was no meat the toppings are barely there and you get 2 thin slices of meat and the meat looks like it was sitting out for hours before they made it. Completely over priced. Will never go back bc management failed to care when I questioned it stating they could remake it but it would be the same

We have loved this pizza for years!! Mom & dad went to the one in Muskegon when they were dating 40- odd years ago!

Mr. Scrib's has been around over 45 years and they truly are THE best!
