RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! The lady answering the phone is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. They do not deserve any business from anyone. I started asking a question and this is how she interrupted me, "I am very busy so get to the point." Then she said, "Hold please", and put me on hold.

I was asking the price they are giving for gold. Wow, NEVER will I do business with this company and I hope nobody else does either. How can anyone stay in business treating people that way?
