This would have been my third rental but unfortunatelythe price increase from last year is far too high. Last year I got a regular car with unlimited (actual unlimited no capping) miles and it was $255 total I was told yesterday morning you had one vehicle available in June, a jeepof some sort, for $359. Well you lost our business right there. Terrible customer servicethis time around. We take a car to the west coast so we put on th miles PLUS this would be our third rental I thoughtthis would be a more pleasant experience like we have always had. Very disappointed!!!

I arrived, and on a Friday afternoon, only one person was in the office, on the phone, and could see I had been standing there for 15 minutes until he finished the conversation. However, when he came out of the office, he greeted me by name, was friendly, gave me a free upgrade, and was very reasonable when I was asking questions. I was on my way very fast after that. I did take a cab to get to the office, which was somewhat tucked away in a strip mall. Other than that, I would gladly recommend Enterprise and use it again!
