Free refills on popcorn, and the IMAX movies are always worth the wait!

I go to this Cinema atleast 4 times a month and I love it. They will give you a NCG Card which can be swiped to earn a free Movie ticket! This Cinema is also a newer Cinema so everything is nice and fresh! It is a very clean Cinema also. It does get very packed on certain days if you mind that. It is a very busy theatre. Parking is good though.

This theatre always is clean and well staffed. I have always had great service here. They have security so I feel safe. The concessions are good. Only thing is I would love it if they would go back to putting the butter on the popcorn instead of having to do it ourselves.

Nice theater, great location. Service priority is obviously the candy, drink and popcorn sales. Ticket sales are combined with refreshments, so arrive in plenty of time for everyone ahead of you to get their goodies. This concept may work for them if they are well staffed, but we have actually walked out when our movie started and we were still waiting for tickets. Too bad they only had one person serving; with four more behind the counter stocking items. I'm sure it was an off-night (Friday), but I thought theaters were having a hard go of it?
