I had a wood-fire insert installed by the insert's dealer, and had years of problems with it. The proprietor of AOCS Co came out, and completely disassembled and re-assembled the using as part of chimney sweep visit. This company is very slow to respond to telephone calls, and has almost no internet presence, but DON'T LET THAT PUT YOU OFF, they WILL eventually return your call, and the work they perform is superb. The owner has had years of solid experience, and is happy to share his expertise and contacts with you.
