I have visited this grooming salon 3 times now and I have been so impressed. The staff was so friendly. I have 2 dogs and one of them is not very social and has a bit of a temper. My daughter calls it little dog syndrom. I warned the ladies of this and they assured me they would take the necessary precautions and thanked me for warning them. When I came back later to pick up my dogs, my little monster (I like to call him) was cuddled in the lap of one of the staff members. I was so shocked. He doesn't like anyone outside of our family! Both my dogs looked and smelled beautiful. I have gone back twice since then, and my little monster goes right up to the staff without any issues or hesitations. I love this place! - JD - UPDATE - I have gone back a 4th time now. This last time I was able to look in at the 'cat spa' area. I never thought to take in my cat, but she will go next time. We will see how that comes out!
