Currently we have two CNC shears, a 4000 watt CNC laser, 13 press brakes with capacities up to 100 tons, five spot welders, plus more. We are able to work with cold rolled, hot rolled, galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, reflective aluminum, prepainted aluminum, brass, vinyl backed, and other specialty materials in our manufacturing processes. Once the job is complete, take advantage of our value added metal finishing services to get the most out of your order from a one stop shop. Metal Stamping Dickmann Manufacturing has the technology and resources to exceed your high production metal stamping needs. We have 20 punch presses with capacities ranging from 24-300 tons, press beds up to 106" long and servo feeds capable of running up to 30" wide material. For lower quantity requirements, we have three CNC turret presses ranging from 20-33 tons for your short run metal stamping requirements. We are able to work with cold rolled, hot rolled, galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, reflective aluminum, prepainted aluminum, brass, vinyl backed, and other specialty materials in our manufacturing processes.
