I have used Tim and his staff for over 20 years with nothing but an exceptional professional loving staff that you know your pet is in good hands all the time. We have taken our dogs as puppies and they go nowhere else but here all the way up to the time they are no longer with us.

Customer service is extraordinarily poor! Very rude and disconnected with clientel. Everyone who is local knows you don't get treated well unless you "know someone," even if you are an exceptional pet owner.

Recently moved to the area with a 12 1/2 year old collie. Dr. Monroe could not have been more caring and attentive. He conveyed that he was glad to have examined my dog while he was still in relatively good healthy, which makes it easier to treat him as he continues to age.

I would not suggest this veterinarian, unless you're in an immediate crisis. We took our cat in for euthanasia and they would not allow us to be present for it, although they knew that we would be coming in for the procedure. The woman was also very rude and callous, which is the last thing that we needed on a day like that. Awful.
