As a new customer to Money Man Pawn, I was treated very well. However, as I allowed my pawn pick ups to decline, I found myself being treated worse and worse until the manager finally told me that my pawn pick up percentage was so low (17%) that I was becoming more of a hassle to the business and because my account is in every money man pawn system, I am treated very poorly at every money man I go to. The pawn shop now low balls every item I bring in so bad that I have just decided to not return. As long as you keep your pawn pick up percentage high, you will be worthy of good customer service and better offers on your pawn items, but if you ever let that percentage drop, you may as well avoid Money Man Pawn.
