Provided by YP.comI have come in to see spot clean on several occasions to do self serve and found it very unprofessional how the employees speak about other employees there. I also found it very rude how they speak of there boss i'm assuming kara? The foul language used is very inappropriate! I understand that it is one thing to have a conversation but to make it so loud that the customers hear their entire conversation is just absurd! I come in on mainly on Sundays but have found the same on weekdays as well. I am happy to say that i have found another groom shop that i can find the help and positive attitude that i am expecting when it comes to service and would not recommend see spot clean until they fix the customer service problem with their employees.

Provided by YP.comWe have been taking our little Chewy for about one year to See Spot and love them. The staff is alway friendly. They listen to how we want him cut and alway do a good job.

Provided by YP.comThis place cut my dog not once, but TWICE! After a $50 vet bill and medicine. I thought that it was an honest mistake and gave them another chance. I dropped my dog off and explained what happened last time and to please not cut my dog. Well, they did it again. Another $50 vet bill and the cone of shame for a week and he was fine. I am never to return, and I plan to spread the word about this horrible place. The owner called, but gave up quick and couldn't care less about what I went through. STAY AWAY!
I'm sorry to hear that you were so unhappy. When you brought Bobby in the day after his groom, it was to show us where he had been licking on his back legs. We did not cut him at all. There were no cuts anywhere on him, nor did you claim there to be. I explained how the matting on his back legs had likely felt strange once the weight had been removed. There were no abrasions, cuts or scratches. The area did not appear to even be particularly red, but I attributed that to you being diligent in stopping him from hurting himself. I believed you when you said he was uncomfortable and did my best to help you understand how you can alleviate that discomfort for him in the future. The solution can only be found in keeping him brushed out yourself or getting him groomed more frequently so that your groomer can get to the tangles before they become a problem. Unfortunately when grooming is neglected, the effects can continue past the next haircut. I'm sorry that you feel I don't care. That is not the case at all! That is why I called you several weeks later to remind you of how long it had been since his last groom, so that hopefully you would get him groomed before his coat was again matted up. Bobby will be missed by more than just me, all the girls at the shop love him too. It also makes me more than a little sad that you would say that we cut him, as I wouldn't have thought that of you.
