if you are the buyer use them, if you are selling to their buyer AVOID IF POSSIBLE. The buyers agent wrote the contract to purchase my home, had a copy of the earnest money, money order, but failed to keep it. Gave the earnest money back to the buyer so escrow could not be opened . After 3 days we were notified that the buyer had some court issues to clear up (out of state) and wanted to cancel the contract. As far as I am concerned this is a very shady outfit to deal with. Since the buyers agent did not do her job, she is very unethical and no one should use this company.
