I LOVE ONCE UPON A CHILD IN GOODYEAR !!! Some people have a problem with the store not purchasing their over used items. I understand
first hand you cant expect everything you take in to be accepted. I know in order to have a great selection to choose from they had to pass on some as well. I know my friend who has sold to the surprise store says she rather drive to goodyear than to have her time wasted and be treated rudely. The surprise store is too small and they say they buy all seasons and they will not take her summer like new items now. They say they buy all seasons but, its not what they do.... Thanks Goodyear store!!! Happy mama!!

This is the first time I have been in the store and I loved it there stuff is in great condition

The best customer service experience I've had lately. The owner was the biggest help and gave the nest prices. ..and being a single mother on a budget....I'll definitely be back!!

Wish I could give zero stars! This store is a disservice to the community. The clothes are over prices for a consignment store. The Owner Ginger is completely unprofessional and treats her employees like crap. The Owner preys on potential first time employers and takes full advantage of them when they apply with no experience. She has them work a full week with no pay and gives them all the crap she doesnt want to do then says she'll make a decision on if they're hired once she's fished using them. I personally have heard her yell at her employees in front of shopping customers (like myself). This is how I found out about her wrongdoing by asking who she was to someone on the floor, so I walked out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T SHOP THERE AND SURE AS HELL DON'T APPLY TO WORK THERE!!

I agree w/ other reviews. The Goodyear store undercuts pays you less & their items are over priced. Do yourself a favor, check out the Surprise store. They actually follow the OUAC principals & are honest. I've sold/bought there numerous times. Not to mention, it can take weeks before the Goodyear store will tell how much they offer you, Surprise is minutes.

i agree! i would not sell to this store again! nor shop! I over heard the owner "Ginger" telling an employee to buy a sun damaged kids push/walker from someone for $3. and that she knows she can sell it to "the mexicans" and make profit. i felt it was totally racist. Thats when i noticed she had a lot of greatly used items i figure is geared toward "the mexicans". very cluttered! there is a nice store in gilbert, az and in surprise, az that represent "once upon a child" in an excellent mannor. BUT this store is a disgrace to the franchise! (it made me put atleast one star)

this is a dirty, clutter'd store! they only give you .65 for a shirt that they will sell in their store for $4.00. The owner is rude and will ask if you want to donate the items she has passed on buying, and if you do, you will see them for sale in her store a few days later, after not being paid for them. i would not recommend this location to anyone! BUT i have been to surprise,az location and then were friendly and generous. as well as organized too.
