When we got the bid the man who gave us the bid told us everything we wanted to hear. He told us he could fix the leak that we had between the gutter and the roof and the most important item was the corner where it was leaking, we just had our house stuccoed and didn't want the water running down that corner all the time. He assured us he could stop the leak and all the water . We had No leaks in spouts or the actual gutters in the old gutters. After installation they came back because we complained, they came back and put on a drip edge which they had not done in the first trip. well it rained and we called them again. They came again and started out upset because the installer told them I did not like the color of the first drip edge, not sure how the color of an invisible drip edge could not be to my liking. The corner that was promised to be fixed leaked like a sieve just like it did before we got the new gutters. Also at the end of our house the gutter looks like it goes up 3-4 inches (looks really odd) it did not look like this with the old gutter. We were told our roof is crooked ??? really. Now this is the same roof that was there before. This time the boss came out this is the guy that gave us the bid in the first place and made all the promises. Bigger problem the leak in the corner of the house--again we were told it was a roof problem and on the bid it says to fix leak install flashing bridge --nothing up on the roof and the leak is big and still there. He saw all this when he gave us the bid and also said it could be fixed NOW IT IS A ROOF PROBLEM! Now in the back on the patio where we had No problems we now have leaks going down the spout and in the corner of the gutter again we were told it is a roof problem. Maybe they damaged the roof when they took off the old gutter. BEWARE getting everything in writing doesn't help apparently they were talking about fixing a leak we didn't know we had. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY WERE NICE BUT FIRM THAT WE HAD A ROOF PROBLEM. IN OTHER WORDS NOT THEIR PROBLEM THEY JUST TOLD US THEY COULD FIX THINGS TO GET THE BID AND THEN CLAIMED NOT THEIR PROBLEM . WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE POSTS BEFORE WE GOT THEM.

If you want gutters go somewhere else, try to call and get no answer,leave message and no call back. This company has worst customer service.

They take FOREVER to complete their job. It has been over 2 months since we got the bid. It took 6 weeks to get the install. The job was not completed at that time. I call and call and get "we will get you on the schedule". Then no call back. I do not recommend this business if you want your gutters done in a timely fashion.
