Glanbia Foods is one of the largest producers of cheese and whey products in the United States and the largest cheese manufacturer in the Northwest. Glanbia Foods is headquartered in the southern Idaho community of Twin Falls and is one of the fastest growing and most successful dairy companies in the United States with 500 employees. In addition, Glanbia has two cheese plants and two whey plants in southern Idaho that use 9.8 million pounds of milk every day, produce 360 million pounds of cheese and 108 million pounds of dairy ingredients. Its cheese products include cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey jack and pepper jack.
