I have been working with CopyRight Printing for years. I have never found a home grown business work so hard to please a client. And it's not just to 'please' me so I'll come back. (I suppose that is part of it) but the owner and staff become part of the community and draw me in as part of that community. It's a natural interaction from them and so appreciated by me. The jobs are done quickly, efficiently, with high quality. Trying to get the best price for the printing I do is second nature for them. It creates a huge bond of trust. Aside from printing projects I also choose to mail all my packages through them. It's a no brainer for me. In fact, I often just have them package up stuff for me so I don't even have to deal with the right box, packing materials, and shipping.
